Our Story

Hyplon was built after 30+ years of fixing businesses where operational gaps quietly turned into expensive disasters.

Marnie's story started early. At 12 she was managing quotes for her parents' contracting business. At 13 she built a neighbourhood car washing business. By 28 she had turned a deficit education business into 25% annual profit.

At 36, she sat on multiple boards and non-profit boards, building governance best practice and operational systems that protected sensitive data. At 42, she was brought in to uplift a real estate business bleeding money from unauthorised decisions, rebuilding their operations and enabling a successful business exit.

Roger brings a different but complementary expertise. With 6+ years in information security and cyber risk across government, energy, and small business, he's helped organisations build incident response plans, audit their AI and data systems, and protect what they've built from operational and cyber risks most founders don't see coming.

Together, they kept seeing the same pattern: operational gaps that others overlooked gaps that quietly grew until they became expensive disasters. So they built Hyplon to help founders and business leaders fix them before it's too late.

Between them, Marnie and Roger bring 30+ years of business operations and leadership. They don't just teach it. They've lived it.
