Our approach comes for 23+ years of actually running and fixing business, not from academic frameworks or consultant playbooks.

Marnie’s book “Don’t Let Your Business Get Cooked” teaches the operational decision-making framework that’s helped businesses protect what they have build while scaling.

Since the age of 12, Marnie managed quotes for her parents’ contracting business, then built a neighbourhood car washing business at 13.

At 28, she turned a deficit education business into 25% annual profit.

At 36, she sat on multple boards and non-profit boards building out governance best practice as well as built operational systems that protected sensitive data.

At 42, she was asked to uplift a real estate business that was bleeding money from unauthorised decisions, rebuilding their operations that enabled a successful business exit.

In addtion, Marnie and Roger have assisted multiple goverment agencies with improving their business process, protect data, and meet business best practice including privacy regulations.

The pattern across 23+ years: she kept seeing operatonal gaps others overlooked and help founders and business leaders fix what’s out of date or broken before either it became a disaster or was already a disaster.

Now she helps founders and business leaders scale with confidence, teaching them how to make better operational decisions using The 5 Recipes for confident business growth.

Marnie and her co-founder have spent a combined 40+ years in business operations and leadership. They don’t just teach it, the have lived them.
